  • Can I trust you with my clothes?

    Yes, of course. All our ironing is carefully undertaken, in a pet and smoke free environment. What's more, Steamteam is fully insured, so you have peace of mind that we've got it covered no matter what.

  • What should I put my clothes into?

    You can put clothes into a bag or basket, or alternatively, we always carry spare bags. We can also pick up loose clothes, or clothes on hangers.

  • What do I do if I have any special requests?

    You can discuss them by calling or emailing us, or telling our collection driver at the time of pick up.

  • Do I need to separate my laundry?

    No. We will separate into bundles at the time of ironing. However, you can if you prefer.

  • Can you collect from my work address?

    Yes, and we often do. We'll arrange a time suitable for you, and arrange to meet you at your place of work. We can also deliver to your workplace.

  • Are my clothes insured?

    Yes. We hold liability insurance to the amount of £2 million, provided by Simply Business.

  • How long does it take?

    We can turn ironing around in 24 hours, although we may need a little longer for larger contracts. We can discuss an arrangement suitable for you, and aim to collect and deliver on time, every time.
